Is it that difficult to be a straight forward person??!! It really surprises me... So many games people play every day. So many times they thing we know nothing and understand nothing but they keep playing.
It always surprises me the way things work around. Like it or not, bosses do favouritism. Yes if it based on work I could well understand but why on trivial matters like language, geographic limits etc. These are all short run, Not to take anyone way past many things… get on to a common playing ground and those very favourite, will no more be your favourite. The person becomes so defenseless without his favourite people around that his / her grounding is very weak. I fail to understand, why still people do this. It seems that they are like sitting on the same branch that they intent to cut…
